PILACHA didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a feeling that something was missing: a studio where Reformer Pilates is taught with real intention, and where every session is built around you, your body, your pace and your goals.

I created PILACHA because I wanted a place I would genuinely look forward to returning to. Small groups, precise coaching and an atmosphere that grounds you the moment you walk in. And yes, Matcha too, because the moments before and after your session are part of the experience.

Every decision still comes back to one simple question: does this make it better for the person on the Reformer? If it does, we keep it. If it doesn't, we let it go.
